This was my third order from Grau Art, this time for an XT-A Desk Lamp. As with my previous purchases (a John and a Flying lamp), the quality is top-notch. Nice product, minor delivery issue
I ordered the Salt & Pepper portable lamp, and I'm mostly pleased with it. The design is sleek, and the dimming function works perfectly for my bedside. The light quality is excellent, very warm and pleasant. However, the delivery took a bit longer than the estimated time, about 9 days to reach Boston. The packaging was secure, and the lamp arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, which was good. A bit pricey, but the quality feels worth it for a premium light.
